Yes, absolutely. I exercise at least four-five times a week. I love it!
I'm amazed at how Herschel Walker exercises and so I try to mimic his routine. He's been doing the same routine since he was 12 and has only used free weights a handful of times in his life. Google search an image of Walker and you'll see that, at age 48, he is in incredible shape.
No not regular, i do not get time to do that so many commitments on top of that i have to work it really becomes difficult to adjust on a regular basis.
Yes , i do every day except sunday ,walking and maditation with some body shaping exercises , i think its necessary for healthy life with healthy diet if you want to look smart and attractive .It can give quick effects on your skin ad hair also . So keep healthy via regular exercise.
Yes, I run 3 days per week and take classes at the gym 2 or 3 days. I can't say I love exercising, but I'm finally getting to the point where I feel so much better on days I work out that I actually feel motivated to do it.
I cycle to and from work every day - (8km each way) and then play football for one hour on Tuesdays.
No, I should but.................................................................................
I do my best to try and exercise at least a few times a week. I used to go to the gym however with children, it's now not the easiest. I use my wii a lot to compensate for the gym.
I have a job that has me on my feet 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. I am most always moving about from place to place at work, and am often moving product at the same time (unloading a truck, breaking down pallets, moving stacks of boxes, etc.). I don't feel as though any additional exercise program is needed in my life!
P.S. - I've lost 54 lbs. in the past 18-20 months!
often, i think I do exercise 2 - 3 times a week during my spare hours.
No, but I'm trying to get into a routine as soon as the weather warms back up a bit!
If I didn't do a lot of physical activity at my job I would need to exercise regularly. I used to have a job sitting at a computer all day, ate way too much and did little to no exercise...guess what? I gained weight a no brainer really. Once I started a job in a supermarket filling dairy and freezer all day, lifting boxes and walking all over the store i quickly lost my excess weight even eating (at first) the same quantity of food. I now try to watch my weight and fat intake a little more as I have high cholesterol but am happy that I have gone from a size 14 to a size 10. I am fortunate that I get paid to exercise and don't need a gym.
No, it's way over rated. Take Jack LaLane for instance, he worked out almost every day of his life and he still died. That's no disrespect intended toward Mr. LaLane. He was a great man and an inspiration to us all. My point is, no matter what you do, no matter how hard you try, your still going to die.

Why do athletes and people who exercise regularly still suffer heart attacks? This week a friend of mine who is a fitness buff suffered a heart attack. He looks good, exercises everyday and eats healthful foods. How did this happen? Is there any other way to prevent heart attacks?
