How do we know if we are practicing a tainted religion?
Has anyone ever found it kinda odd that the Roman empire persecuted Christians for centuries only to establish Christianity as its sole religion? How do we know if the Christianity that we have today is the Christianity that existed before The Roman Empire wiped every original Christian out? Do you think that mankind could be that evil?
I don't know of very many, if any, religions that have got completely wiped out. Yes there have been many killings but never to the point of complete non-existance.
So I take it that you have never heard of Nero or the Inquisition. Sir, please investigate history a little more and maybe you'll understand what it is I'm talking about. After the Council of Nicea(325 AD), any other interpretations of Christianity were discredited. If its followers continued to follow then they were killed. Many accepted the new Christianity to avoid death.
all religion is tainted in some way. no one can honestly claim that their religion hasn't been changed over the past couple of thousand years.
The Sign of True Belief, is in its Followers, Doing the Right Things ... For, Religions, are the human devised versions, of The Word of God ...
The Word of God Is Truth ... The Word Is, Universal ... The Universal is that two Atoms of Hydrogen, and one Atom of Oxygen, in The Ordained Bonding ... Universally Constitute the Water Molecule ... and all its like Truths.
Check out ... if your Religion Follows the Universal Truth ... Check out, if what it Allows you, is Goodness, and what it Forbids is Evil ... Finally, check out what you Do, is The Right thing to do ... or you Practice Evil, in the Name of good.
Primarily, Evil, is what hurts fellow Humans ... for humans cannot hurt God ... but they can make Him angry, by doing evil.
Anyway,if all these Checks are Positive ... brother, you are not following a Tainted Belief, you are following the Right Religion.
P.S: Watch out for the Rationalized Goods and Reasons for doing Evils ... these are tainted Religious Beliefs, save yourself.
All the gospels which did not appeal to Constantine were either destroyed or treated as agnostic gospels. Constantine hired Egyptian scribes to write few manuscripts which contained what he preferred.
In effect what happened is that Romans first crucified Jesus which lead to the spread of Christianity as a powerful force against the Romans. When they realized this the best thing that they could do is get Christianity to their side; so Constantine made Christianity the state religion and built churches. He himself got baptized just before his death.
Catholics inherited from the Romans many of their pagan signs which can be seen in the head dresses of the Catholic priesthood like Pope, Bishops and Cardinals.
When Christians are forbidden to bow down in front of any image they inadvertently bow down in front of the image of the Sun (The Holy Sacrament) which practice was neither started by Christ or the Apostles.
Catholic faith is not only tainted it is thoroughly twisted to serve the Holy Roman Empire which has been replaced by The Holy Catholic Church; An empire which is now encompassing so many nations.

The mass of the people are forced to believe into certain religions by ways of culture, traditions, family & now the media. I challenge you to ask yourself, are you truly practing your religion because of your true faith? Or is it because it's all you've ever known?
