   What would you do if you found a bag of money?
   
   Let's say you find a bag full of cash..maybe $100,000 or more.  Would you call the police?  What thoughts would run through your mind?

   I would pocket $10,000 and report the rest to the police. That way, if it is claimed, then I will at least have rewarded myself if the owner is unwilling to do so.
   
   I mean, it's not like you can just go to the bank and deposit a random $100,000 and not expect to turn any heads, especially from the IRS.

   Can you  believe it, that actually happened here when a group of Japanese came to our plant. For some reason they had a brief case full of cash and somehow it fell from their car. The brief case with all the money was turned into the police by a good Samaritan. I think I would have done likewise.

   I would've turned it in to the police.  I'm not very materialistic, so I wouldn't really be worried about an award.

   no i dont call the police. i kept the money with me. and then i donate this money to Ngo who working towards wellbeing of poor in the socity without giving my name i donate money their.

   it would depend on where i found the money. i might keep it and look in the papers to see if anyone reported it missing. if not, i would keep it and use it for something worth while.

   I'd donate 10% and pocket the rest... There is a saying in Spanish Ladron que roba ladron tiene cien años de perdon... That means a person that steals from a person that steals is pardoned for a hundred years... I'm in my 30's so that's more than enough time haha Besides I'm dead broke...

    If I thought the person that lost the money would get it back, of course, I would give it back. If someone else was to get the money, why should they get the money when I found it. I remember an episode of Andy Griffith. Opie found some money, told his dad (the sheriff) and if no one claimed it with in so many hours, then Opie could keep the money. Do you think that's the way it works today?
    
    We found some money at Walmart, took it to the customer service, they took it and that was it. Wonder who ended up with that money?

    I would hesitate for a moment to daydream, take a few pictures for my scrapbook, then drive slowly to the police station while I rethink my decision to turn the money in. I know it is the right thing to do. Plus, if no one claims it after a while, there is a posibility that the money could end up in my hands after all. In that case, I would tithe 10% to my church, give 10% to a charity that feeds and supports homeless people, place 10% in savings, and enjoy the rest.

    This question has a lot of ... it depends on answers for me.
    
    In general, I would try to find the owner.  But I couldn't exactly ask someone "hey is this your money" the not so great people would instantly say yes even if it was not.  Sometimes though I like to think that people find money when they need it.  I always find money in my car or wallet when I'm running low on funds!

    I would attempt to find the owner myself, and when that didn't pan out, I'd go ahead and let the police know about it. Good things happen when you do the right thing! I wouldn't look for a reward. That would come knowing I got what might have been someone's life savings back to them!

    Haha funny question first I will not believe to see the bag full of money in my hands....I will not call any Police because i know they will take it in their pockets lol ....so why not I enjoy myself and give to the needy people who needs it.....

    My answer may look funny, but I will not touch the bag and will just observe from a distance what the other person do. As soon as he or she lifts the bag I  will go there and will ask, 'Is it yours?'  If the answer is 'Yes it is mine', I will call police. And the answer is 'No', then I will say, 'Let us give it to police'.
    
    This is just a 'dream answer'. I do not know what I will do if I actually found such a bag....
