How can I remove a corrupt program whose uninstaller can’t work anymore?

I think you can remove it from add/remove programs from control panel.and if it could not not deleted you can try a program uninstaller, I think it’s a good way to get rid of that program.Then you can download one here http://goo.gl/37gjb
