   How do you feel about J.Z. Knight and Ramtha's School of Enlightenment?

   J.Z. Knight is an interesting case in the fact that she has a very deep sense and understanding of how the world is working. Now I can't say that she really does channel Ramtha the so called enlightened ancient warrior. But she does seem to be able to help people in connecting with a deeper spiritual experience. They learn that they can take control of their lives and reach goals and better their relationships through self empowerment. This is much like taking a week meditation and NLP retreat.
   
   I happen to think that the people who go to her school get something out of it. Does that mean that what she says is truth... well that is up to personal experience. Only J.Z. Knight knows the truth about whether she is really a channel for Ramtha or not.
   
   Let me close with this thought though... If matter collapses into a state of being because of our ability to perceive and measure matter as an actualized physical 3 dimensional thing, and before the perception of it it exists in a state of potential wave form, does it not stand to reason that once you understand this state of reality that we CAN CHANGE our world by knowing our consciousness and perceptions mold our world how we and our experiences or our mental constructs expect and create it the way we wish it to be. Even if that process is mostly unconscious and at a very deep unaware level of our mind? This could mean that everything people experience be it any number of psychic or paranormal phenomena are linked to our own mental creations. Not only that but having that knowledge can allow you to build your reality around you just by us adjusting the way we think.

   I remember her from hearing about her on Strange Universe from the mid to late 90's. I don't agree with her and that spirit of her's. I see it as being a cult.
   And a sham.

   The popular movie, What the Bleep Do We Know - and the aftermarket literary publication, published by Health Communications Incorporated - is produced by three independent authors who were students of Ramtha's School of Enlightenment. Don't let this fact dissuade you from reading it and watching the movie, it is indeed inspiring and could be considered in the same style as Waking Life by Richard Linklater. There is no comparison in terms of critical acclaim, but What the Bleep Do We Know?, certainly does provide a unique perspective. Containing and promoting ideals and philosophies that we have all entertained at one point or another, this book has enough personality to keep even the disbeliever reading.
   
   I do find the book itself to be thought-provoking; however the production lacks scientific directive and falls into the ranks of cultlish philosophy the further one reads on. I will credit the authors with providing an incredible amount of interview material and factual resources so that interested individuals can do their own exploratory research.
   
   Though the presentation of this material is somewhat misguided, the ideals and concepts suggested within are quite real. The ties to "quantum mechanics," are purely semantic and philosophical. There is no true foundation in this book for learning the actual principles of quantum theory or its mathematical concepts other than through extensive and independent study of the provided resources of interviews provided by the REAL accredited professionals in these fields of study.
