How to create sections for different categories of your hubs on your profile page?
I've put my hubs under different groups. But on my profile page doesn't reflect that. I've seen many hubbers grouped their hubs under different categories and arranged them nicely on their profile pages nicely. If you're one of them, please teach me how. Thank you in advance.
Hi kittyjj...
If I remember correctly...that assignment into cool categories is done by Hubpages staff after hitting a certain number of hubs. As I believe that number is 10 published hubs (and you have 9!)...you're pretty close. What I DO remember is that I didn't do anything to make it happen. Welcome to Hubpages!
Actually, I believe you have to have 15 hubs before that shows up.
I think these listings showed up after fifteen hubs. I did nothing to make it happen. It is based on the categories and sub-categories and not according to the groups we create. Hope this answers your question.
You guys were right! 15 is the number of hubs I need in order to have different sections on my profile page. I reached 15 hubs today and I saw my profile page change automatically.
Good for you Kitty, I did not understand what you were talking about at first.
Hi kittyjj,
If you get correct solution of your problem then discuss with me. Please
Silly me just basically asked the same question today. Thanks for your question, it lead me to the right answers ... and some wonderful hubs!

I would like to have a feature where you can do hubs on combined topics. Some things I'd like to write about combine say like Music and Television or Movies and Television. I'd like to that rather than trying to do a general entertainment hub.

It would be useful to be able to sort our hubs into categories on the profile page. This would make it easier for readers to see what else is available in subjects that interest them, and also remind writers to work on a niche. I think the option was available on the old profile page - was it...

I am writing a Hub that will combine different categories, how should I proceed? It will be a fiction based on history (kind of), that will have elements of science (not sci-fi), philosophy, culture and many more. It will be series and they wont all be there at the same time. How do I categorize the...

I'm new, so I have what may be a dumb question. I've noticed that some people have their hubs organized into general topic areas on their profile page. How do I go about doing that?

I established Groups and moved my existing (completed) hubs into appropriate groups. I understand that some of my hubs will show at the bottom of the screen for a hub from the same group. However, I believe that categorizing hubs into groups with the same or similar theme/overall topic ON THE...
