   What is wrong with me?
   
   I cant eat. Anything I try to eat I throw back up. It has gotten to the point that sipping water makes me sick. I also have a really bad headache and nothing is helping. what is wrong with me and what do I need to do, besides going to the doctor?

   I know of one person who suffered the same..please try to drink water..no matter how difficult it is..please try..

   That is what happens to my wife last year.
   
   The main thing you need to do will be making sure that you are hydrated. So drinking water in minimum amount at a time. Take your time to drink. Even when you throw out, just continue to drink a little at a time.

   There is a slew of questions you would need to answer like has this happened previously? If so you may be experiencing abdominal migraine syndrome! Whaat? I'm no doctor but I have experienced this and it is caused by poor dieting, as in not eating your three squares, and/or being consistently dehydrated! Paying attention to these issues will help prevent the episodes but not cure them. You will find at times you are not hungry but havent eaten, you must force yourself to eat. At this point you have to eliminate things that hurt your stomach. Eat things you like and stop skipping meals!

   you really need to get to a doctor asap. A bad headache combined with being unable to keep anything down is bad news, and tends to go with serious illness

   You could have a variety of medical conditions. One that comes to mind immediately is intestinal parasites. Worms in your digestive tract. If that is the case you will need medication to get rid of them or they can eat away at you and cause you to become anemic.
   Another issue could be obstructed or twisted intestines which could be fatal.
   I know you don't want to go to the doctor, but nothing anyone can tell you here will clear your mind or make it go away. Please reconsider.
   I had a tumor 2 years ago and had these symptoms as well. It was benign but caused me to become very sick. I felt much better after it was removed.
   I'm not telling you these things are definitely wrong with you, but I am showing you how serious it could be.
   If you cannot afford a doctor then go to the ER and tell them you need financial assistance and see how they can help you with the bill. You might be surprised at the ease of some of the payment plans allowed and sometimes the bill may be erased altogether based on your income. It's not worth your life to sit around and wait for it to go away.
   Your problem sounds serious!
