   Does anyone have a really good, but easy way to make baked macaroni and cheese?
   
   I've been dying to taste some good baked Macaroni and Cheese, but I need an easy recipe, because I'm not to good in the kitchen.

   buy a regular box of macaroni & cheese. and prepare it on the stovetop as directed.
   next, add one can of either mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup (don't add water).  you can also add a can of chunk chicken, too. 
   put it all into a square aluminum baking pan, pop it into the oven, & bake it for approx. 45 minutes.
   baking it lets all the flavors mix in together, & greatly improves the texture--
   and it doesn't take a lot of kitchen know-how

      just a can of Campbell's cream of chicken soup-- 
      store brands aren't bad, either

   I just cook some small shell noodles.
   Mix them in a pan with butter, milk, assorted cheeses, salt and pepper and bake at 350 until the cheese is melted.
   
   I usually also cook ground beef (add taco seasoning for a taco mac and cheese), add a can or two of rotel and bread crumbs (I use Panko) on top.  But of course all of that is totally optional..  I just prefer it with that stuff.
   
   Super easy, super delish.

   Baked mac and cheese is really easy and you can customize it to suit your taste.  A basic recipe combines cooked noodles (cooked the minimum so they won't be overcooked after baking) and a white sauce.  While the noodles are boiling, use butter, flour, milk and seasonings of your choice to make white sauce.  Add grated cheese (I like to use colby and sharp cheddar).  Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked and drained noodles.  Put into a greased baking dish.  Sprinkle a small amount of good Parmigiano-Reggiano on top.  Bake on about 350 degrees till bubbly.  Enjoy
