Are you addicted to your electronic devices?

Do you think you can go a day without using your electronic devices?

I just did go a day without my electronic device... I forgot my cell phone at home when I went to work today. Haha. So I couldn't check my personal e-mail, my Facebook, etc. I have to admit that it was a strange feeling being "off the grid" for an entire day.

I am not at all, but the rest of my family is.  I am 41 and my husband is 40.  My kids are 19, 17, 15 and 13.  I could care less if anyone can get in contact with me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If any of them do not have their phone/nook/kindle/laptop/ipod on them or have no access to the internet, it is like you cut off their oxygen supply.  It is something to me that it is so acceptable to be able to be contacted at any time.  I have enough of my time stolen from me every day.  I like to save some for myself!

I'm addicted to my mobile phone too much. I'm looking at my phone 70-80% of the time in whole day. If i don't have my mobile phone even for a minute i feel incomplete. I read blogs, play games, use social networks on it

I am addicted to my cell phone and laptop. I travel just about everywhere with them. This weekend coming up I am going on vacation so even though I will take them with me I will use them less. It seem like electronical devices are so hard to live without  in this modern world.

Definitely, I cannot go a day without my PC. I am a Software engineer so I cannot even think of a world without a computer. A computer is great and it has made our lives even better.
