   If you could be any animal what would it be and why?

   Ever since I was five, I've wanted to be a tiger. And, yes, seeing myself as a tiger is a great way to get unstuck, motivated, centered in my creativity, and productive.
   
   Tigers like to be alone. It's 7am on a Saturday morning, and I've been up and enjoying writing for the last hour and a half.

   When I first read this question.  I immediately thought that I would be a dog.  However,  being a dog would have to have several conditions added.  I would not want to be a stray,  or born to a litter of irresponsible owners where I may end up in a shelter or puppy mill.  I would only want to be a dog if I was owned by a loving mom or dad that spoiled me as much as I spoil my own dog.  Daisy doesn't really know that she is a dog.  she thinks she is a human, my child.  Really....she is

      That's how my grandmother treated her dog. When she got too old to take care of the dog, my family took the dog and that's what she became. My grandmother was surprised to see the dog barking at children and squirrels RIP PattyKake

   I would be a cat! They are very independent - smart - and loving! Cats can survive the cruel cruel world even without the "royal treatment" that some lucky cats might get from their master!

   i want to be a bird,fly up high in the sky,with no boundaries and country.Enough pain and agony has been faced by human due to various boundary barriers.Believe me ,i feel that bird would be the ideal animal.

      I understand this well. When I go swimming, I usually describe it as flying in water. The feeling of weightlessness and no effort. This is why I usually associate myself with water animals.

   I would be a Basset Hound. They are cute, loveable and don't seem to have a care in the world. When you look at them it as if they are saying, "Really! Is it that important?"

   Almost certainly a dog -- one look at the two of us shows why the phrase "it's a dog's life" came into being.  Just about everyone would enjoy a life that consists of eating, sleeping, having yummy snacks, getting belly rubs and receiving daily large doses of love from our human care-givers.  Their care for us certainly make the unconditional love that is featured on our side of the equation, much easier to give.

    I agree with Kapeedranos. I always wanted to be a bird because they are FREE. They can fly anywhere they want, but they always roam together as a group, so although they are free they are never alone.

    Most likely I would choose to be a deer or a horse - depending on my living situation. A deer's would be a lovely life, but braving the winter in the wilds and dodging hunters and trigger-happy rednecks would not be to my liking. I think life as a horse would be much easier, and I would have the opportunity to be cared for through the winter (and hopefully not shot at). I would be one bratty horse, though

    I'm with you HLKeeley, I would love to be a dolphin swimming free in the ocean.  I live close to the water and the beach is one of my favorite places.  I have always been fascinated by sea animals of all kinds.  I love how dolphins swim in pods and work together.  When a dolphin is sick, other members of it''s pod help it to the surface for air.  They work in community and not alone.  They are so beautiful to watch when we happen to see a group out on the water.

       My love for dolphins made me want to be a marine biologist, but I do not do well in science. I will just stick to fan girling every time I see one or read about them.

    I think it would be nice to be a dolphin as well. I also would like to be a horse so that I can run free or an eagle so I can glide with the wind through the sky.

    I want to be a bird. Free vacations, food is free, many stick together, travel together, and get along. Most of all they have their babies and when they are mature they parents leave them on their own and aren't heart broken or have empty nest syndrome.
