Anyone else experience political or patriotic questions being moderated before HP will publish?

I've had two questions put on "hold" for HP team to moderate -- neither are "big deal" questions - one was somewhat political, the other patriotic.  Anyone else experiencing this "filtering"?

I had a religious themed question removed. I got mad about it, but then I thought about it. If they're moderating some of these questions, maybe we won't be inundated anymore with 'Do you hate (insert politician's name here) as much as I do' type questions.

That doesn't quite make sense to me. If they allow ALL political issues they can't reasonably be accused of bias. Whereas, if they cherry-pick or censor then inevitably accusations of bias creep in. Hubbers may be biased, but Hubpages should not be.

Being that "hate speech" is forbidden on HP, I suppose the inciting words, "do you hate..." would be banned as well. The questions I had put on hold have been posted, and are not inflammatory. Just curious as to HP moderating them.

I believe that the actual question went along the lines of 'Am I the only one who is horrified by Obama's (insert whatever they were horrified by here)?' I almost commented on that one, but my inner idiot got hog tied.

I can get out of handcuffs, I can probably get out of a straight jacket too. Just sayin'! (Big wrists and small hands!)
