I just saw this message when I logged into AdSense:

I assume it's the same old thing. But we all know what happens when one assumes. Are there any changes I need to make to my privacy policy on my blogs/sites?
Two points:
a) You are quite late - thsi was supposed to be done almost half a year ago although better late than never.
b) When you ask about updating a privacy policy on blogs/sites what are you referring to? Site like Hubpages and Squidoo etc take care of the privacy policy centrally and so it is nothing we need to worry about. If it is a personal site or blog though you will need to update your privacy policy to take account of this new change, unless of course it is already included in your privacy policy.
You just have a make another page on your blog or website and post an updated "Privacy Policy." Here is an example on one of my niche websites http://popcornmakersguide.com/privacy-p … ers-guide/
It basically like the old one you have but with a few changes. They are using some type of third party system now.....
Anyway just type in "privacy policy generator" and a bunch of sites will pop up that makes these for free. Just cut and paste and voila!

Okay guys, how can I be "too late" if this just showed up on my AdSense account today?
It still shows up on mine as well (probably as a reminder for new sign-ups) those messages tend to rotate and change every now and then, and if you haven't been closed down yet then you're not too late, but I'd get it sorted as soon as possible, apparently it's quite important.
You are supposed to read their TOS. Besides that, they informed everyone about their changes months ago.
o man, i am confused, do i have to past a privacy policy or just follow googles? i operate my own websites, and have been doing so for a while, never displaying the privacy policy, but being very careful to follow googles TOS am I missing anything?
Yes, I'm quite confused too. Does this affect my blogs on blogger? Anyone have a link to follow to show where & how to put the privacy policy?
here is a great page that is pretty much a template that is as easy as one, two three and your privacy policy is done.
