How do you organize your day? What is your advice for living each day fully and efficiently?

There are pieces that people should have every day, such as yoga, working out, taking vitamins, etc. However, other aspects are necessary, including achieving your goals, making the most of your time, and creating a better self. Have time in the morning for vitamins and a healthy breakfast, then begin your work, but add your intelligent flare. If you are trying to learn a new language, buy cds to listen to on your way to work. This will challenge your mind in the morning and help you memorize easier. If you are going to school and working full time to achieve a new job position, use your lunch hour to go over class notes or the teachers slide shows. Use games to challenge yourself in the evenings, work out in your home to save money and time, or relax with yoga to destress and sleep easier.

My days have the healthy breakfast, the language cds for French, plenty of slide shows from my teachers each day for studying purposes (even weekends), a cup of hot tea to unwind, a list of goals with pictures on my wall, a daily planner to keep me on track, a puzzle always on the hobby table, and my night routine of brushing teeth, washing my face, and reading help me relax and sleep.

What a great answer- I love your idea about learning French on the way to work. How creative and what a great way to learn! Thanks for the good advice!

I always make sure I know my direction the night before, so I know what's in store for me. And one of the first things I do in the morning is give thanks for the gift of life and for the new day before me and I make a promise to live that day as fully and graciously as I can.

    Dearest grinnin 1,
you will read many an idea or even advice. However, how many of us actually do what we preach is known only to that individual. I can give you great advice, but let me tell you straight out most of the time I forget to follow it myself. Why? Because a lot of us have not learnt to control our rambling thoughts and stressful lives. Your instinct is your best guide. FOCUS on enjoying the moment (even if it's answering an interesting question).

    All the best.
