What is the worst film you have ever seen and why?

I can find enjoyment in some pretty bad films, but the worst film I have ever seen was Uwe Boll's Bloodrayne. I was only able to bear about a half hour of the film before shutting it off and walking away. The film doesn't have a single redeeming value to it. At least something crap like The Wizard of Gore shows an attempt to be as creative as possible despite lack of budget or talent involved.

A film from Asia that was extremely frightening! The film was long and boring. However, at the end of the movie there was a horrid turn in the story line that I cannot say on Hubpages without possibly getting blocked.

'Sphere' starring Sharon Stone and Dustin Hoffman.  The whole cast join hands in a circle at the end and agree that what happened in the movie "never happened"....2 hours of my life I can never get back.

I've seen The Wizard of Gore, yeah that wasn't too good but far from the worst. I think I would have to go with Mortal Kombat Annihilation as my pick. It's horrible in every way imaginable, acting, directing, writing, you name it.

ooh....i have "fond" memories of seeing that one. My friends and I left the theater after seeing it and made fun of all the people in line for it. We felt so bad that they were going to experience the same horror that we did.

I agree, it was pretty bad. But if you like campy movies, or grade B sci-fi, it can be fun to watch.

This is a hard question. I've seen my fair share of absolutely terrible films. At the moment the movie that sticks out in my mind is this movie called The Collapsed. Some of the worst acting I've ever seen in a movie. Makes Nick Cage look like Daniel Day Lewis. Terribly boring. I sat through the entire movie, hoping that at some point it would redeem itself. Well, it didn't. The entire middle of the movie, and I'm not even kidding when I say this, features the characters walking through the woods and sitting down to rest, for 45 minutes. Everyone once in a while we a treated to shot of random trees, or the sky, but for 45 painfully boring, and repetitive  minutes this is all we are shown. The story never moves forward during this time either. The movie TRIES to redeem itself at the end, and fails terribly at it, throwing some blood and a ridiculous twist our way. I feel like there was barely any effort put into this film at all. How it got distributed onto DVD is beyond me.

"Blindness". It was so-o-o-o boring, my husband and I left part way through the movie. I tried to watch it again when it appeared on TV recently, but I couldn't even make it to the first commercial.

The Human Centipede, I cant really go into details but let's just say it involves a mad scientist sticking peoples faces, into other people's anuses and making them eat their fecal matter. I was so grossed out, I couldn't bare to watch it. Other films i've heard of but I haven't watched and man, why would i even want to? are; A Serbian Film, Salo:120 days of sodom and Irreversible.

I've seen Human Centipede. There's more to the film than a mad scientist with a poo fetish...but not much more. Not a good film.
