Is there a way to undelete an answer when it is deleted by mistake?

    Is there a way to undelete an answer when it is deleted by mistake?

    On one of the questions I have asked, someone had the best answer and I commented, but then I wanted to go back and add to the comment, and instead I committed a horrible mistake and accidentally deleted the answer!!!  Is there a way to retrieve the deleted answer to a question I have asked?  I am so very sorry for this mistake dear one who had taken the tme to answer the question in great detail.  Please forive me.

    I don't think there is a way to retrieve the deleted comment. I've also made this mistake twice. When I respond via my phone the buttons are so close together that if I'm not careful I delete sad I did message the hubbers and I apologized. I've also learned to slow down a bit to avoid making that mistake again smile

      Thanks so much Sunshine, and I did do that and apologized.  Oh, how I felt so bad, and his was the best answer to boot!  So glad that I am not the only one to do such, and I thank you for sharing that with me.  Great advice here.  I appreciate you.

      I was also hoping there was an way to do this.  I too have accidently done this once or twice.  It feels terrible!

      I've just done this, and feel awful too! The mobile interface is extremely slow and the screen jumps around as it loads - it's too easy to mis-touch and select the wrong thing.

      Hopefully he or she will understand these things happen, and I just wanted to comment on your additional comment and I deleted it.  I clicked on comment, but the word undelete was in front of it.  So, there you go.  I did it again!  I am hopeless.
