   If you had the power to change one thing in our world what would that be?
   
   Think carefully before answering as any inane, pathetic and lame answers will be ridiculed and laughed at appropriately. If you could make one change in the world what would that change be. Would it be to make all food free everywhere ensuring that nobody ever went hungry? Would it be to make housing free for everyone? Would it be to open all borders?
   
   Think people help me to create a new paradigm, stretch your thinking, expand your limits, let's change the world together!

   Plain and simply - hunger. I know in some ways it would effect economy and politics for their not to be some form of poverty or poor health but I don't honestly care. If no person goes hungry, then they can live and grow as people. I don't mean they shouldn't be hungry, I mean they shouldn't go hungry - that they should all have food.

   I think that all of the world's problems could be solved if there were no such thing as apathy. It's hard to get people motivated when they just don't seem to care about anything outside of their cushy little worlds.
   
   Free chocolate would be nice too, and I'd probably be a nicer person if I had some. If you have some to share, I'll be glad to give you my address.

      Since I quit eating chocolate ice cream recently there should be more available, ask Keith to buy you some as it has come to my attention that he is fifty dollars richer!

      If everybody had chocolate, it is my firm belief that there would be nowhere near as many grumpy people as there are now. Nicer people = more caring. I, uh, think Keith is mad at me for the whole nachos incident. Maybe he needs chocolate, too?

   I thought of many answers and  decided that if you wanted to actually solve the worlds problems you would have to get rid of the friction. Man's willingness to work with Man  and to come to an agreement as to what the problems were and  be willing to work together to solve them. If that one thing were possible  all of the worlds problems would vanish.
   But in lieu of that I'll take the chocolate.

   I do not want to sound as if I approve of the NWO "new world order".their plan is to rule,control the world, I am not for that .Looking at the biggest problems we have,Religion.

      could you be more specific . . . what one thing about religion would you wish to change? One of my pet peeves about religion is that to practice one kind you have to go to a specific church, God is God, how many different Gods do you need?

   Time. I would change the time.
   If we could know what we do now about religious and racial tolerance and take that back just a few hundred years, the world would be a very different place. And, I believe, a more positive place.
   I imagine most people have thought to themselves "If only I knew, back then, what I know now."
   The power of hindsight could be achieved by changing the time. Wishful thinking, indeed... or can you make a difference today and right now?

      That was basically the gist of it somethgblue. I reckon that regardless of the religion or other belief system we choose to live by, it will all come down to what we do today.

   I would raise awareness of the way money and credit is generated. Change the currency system from a debt-based paradigm of colonial exploitation to open-source  debt-free freedom currency of the people for the people and by the people. This would help establish gender equality, human rights, basic living grant for all, sustainable social-economic democarcy, end the corrupted and profit-based economy of war on people and planet, establish a culture of collaboration, innovation, healthy competition and evolutionary excellence.
