What's your preferred style of dressing?

Smart, casual, glamour, goth - what's your choice?

Pink!  Okay I know that's not a style but it's my favorite color.  Anytime I can wear pink, I'm a happy girl.

I guess my everyday style is casual w/ tailored overtones. I value comfort, preferring denim; however, I like crisp cotton blouses, tailored jackets, and good leather boots or sandals, silk scarves, silver cuff bracelets/ jewelry, and either large satchels or smaller clutch bags.

Comfort, first, last and in the middle!  Shorts/tanks/sandals in summer; jeans/T-shirts/sweats/tennies the rest of the year!
I don't "do" dresses--I don't even own any!  If I have to go out, I wear my good (read, 'newest') jeans.  I don't buy into 'fashion;'  I buy my jeans in the men's dept. of the big box stores--only $10 - $12 a pair, so I don't add to the over-stuffed bank accounts of uppity designers!
    Belt pouch/fanny pack--hands free--no purses for me!

Being a minimalist, my wardrobe is very small and based on a few mix and match basic items.
For everyday I like comfortable casual clothes.  However, I like to make an effort and will also wear an accessory, such as a necklace or scarf, to add some style and individuality.

If anyone would like to know how to create a minimalist wardrobe, have a look at some of my articles.

I also have some articles on how to dress in a Chic French style - which is also essentially a minimalist way of dressing.

I prefer casual for casual day.. classy for special occasions and smart for everyday.. smile
I think everyday needs to be spiced up with something new. So, I used to mix-n-match. With this, one will never get bored of same clothing and wardrobe. One must have knowledge of mixing colors and to carry that style. I used to wear Indo-western styles, ethnic styles, trendy, rough n tough, cowgirl look, boyish look etc.. Every day you will find something new with my dressing styles.
