Is there a specific group behind all major happenings around the globe?

Do you think that whatever happened around the world are the results of the decisions taken by a specific group of people?

Lenin, who was staying in London, was allowed to slip into Russia to stir up revolution there so that Russia would stay out of WWI. Leon Trotsky, who was staying in Canada, was likewise allowed to slip into Russia and help Lenin. The two ran into a rivalry, however, with Trotsky driven out of Russia. A group financed Hitler to rearm Germany to weaken Europe, specially Great Britain, to likewise weaken the British pound and eventually supersede it with the American dollar. This group split the governance of the United States by taking away decision making on monetary policy from the president of the US through the Federal Reserve Bank. When President Kennedy authorized the minting of silver coins with Executive Order 11110 he was killed and the silver coins worth  four billion dollars were melted. President Johnson reversed the executive order. This group set up the International Monetary Fund and the World bank. The Cold War upped the US budget for military spending benefiting the defense contractors that even President Dwight Eisenhower, a retired general, warned his people of the military-industrial  complex. This group ousted Khrushchev, former premier of Russia. This group carved the rapprochement between the US and China, having eyed China as a vast market since the 1900s. Even as the rapprochement came about, it took hold of South Korea and maintained the civil war in the Korean peninsula up until now. Now we have globalization that is making the world into one market.

A lot of this is verifiable but does not imply a single group is behind it all.

I think that there are events all over the world responsible for other events - cause and effect are always back to back.  However, there's a difference between "connecting the dots," so to speak and "conspiracy theory," and let us not confuse the two.

In todays world it is pretty difficult doing anything ...in secrete.  The world is too complex with too many competing factions to reach much unanimity on anything and search for the truth? There is a topic for discussion."what truth and whose truth"

Truth is a property of statement of fact. If statement is verified, it is true. It does not matter who stated it. 100 German scientists said theory of relativity was Jewish science. To Einstein one fact verifies it but didnt say what..Speed of light?

(Space to discuss is limited). Edit first sentence to: "Truth is attributable to statement of fact." Statement can be about quantity "This dollar coin is equivalent to 1 ounce of gold" or quality: "This rose is red." "This" means pointing at object.

Facts are simply facts, they are measureable and as such can be considered truths,.......but how is "truth" addressed in the abstract ?

It is suggested that you read the book "An Inquiry Into Meaning and Truth" by Bertrand Russell.
