What should I make for Christmas Eve dinner?
Hey Friends. Merry Christmas to all. Can you suggest me that what should I make on Christmas Eve Dinner?
You should have whatever you are in the mood for, but don't forget the milk & cookies for Santa Claus.
Whatever you fancy. I always cook the bit of gammon on Christmas Eve. We slice some off to have hot for dinner with a bit of salad and new spuds, and save the rest for cold over the festive season.
I love Christmas Eve and enjoy getting all my goodies ready for Christmas Day, so generally I cook a rich beef and Guinness stew the eve before Christmas Eve so I have a gorgeous supper to serve with no effort. I generally boil and mash some potatoes and serve with a nice bottle of red.
Have a great Christmas whatever you make

This morning, my daughters, grandkids, and I are making our annual Christmas Eve visit to a local nursing home to pass out candy. The residents love seeing children.
