    Has anyone here ever questioned their parents real personalities?

    So, has anyone here ever considered this question, even if only superficially or on a whim or part of some adult/psych/fad game or magazine quiz, and if so, has age aggravated this curiosity, or tempered it.

    As an orphaned kid, I question a lot about my parents, grands, and great-grandparents. There was a stone wall of secrecy, and an early expulsion of this brood, so I am curious as to what everyone was hiding.

    I know I grew up a rejected person, in poverty while the other family members were quite wealthy.

    Good question - my curiosity and natural inclination for research is piqued even more as I grow older.

      lilly I am a crazy conspiracies guy. So don't believe anything I say... but do ponder it!  I have known two people with similar stories. Both found out they were Bastard children of an important figure in a wealthy family . Just sayin

      bartexcel, right on, I am a conspiracy theory chick, so I suspect foul play. My great-grandfather was the one who planted avocado and orange groves in Medesto, he was an artist and scientist. Yes, there was lots of $$, but not for me.
