In my Amazon earning information It's been showing one click, and one purcase for about a month now, but it still shows my total earnings as zero. Is that normal, or is something going on that I should contact Amazon about?

Long time for amazon sale to be credited?
I sold a big item on Amazon at the beginning of last month, but it still hasn't been credited to my account. I know I have to wait for the item to be shipped but it's in stock so I can't think why it wouldn't have been sent out yet. It seems to be taking a very long time. Any ideas why?

I can't seem to find anywhere what the minimum is for the HP Amazon Program... Is it also $50 like the HP Ad Program? Or do the two combined need to add up to $50? Or is it a different amount? How does this work? Thanks.
