Google adwords keywords tool
Why is it, say, the competition stats are low, but the number of entries are in the millions when ones does a search?
Because the "competition" listed in the keyword tool is for advertising competition, not overall competition for your keyword. That only reflects how many other people are running ads for your keywords, not how many pages are using those keywords in their titles or copy.
Because into the millions does not always mean high competition. Remember searching for some topics brings up more than 12 million entries. Use SEO techniques to boost your hub ranking. It can be done. Even when there is lots of competition there are people who manage to get ranked on the first results page of searches.
It only show the competition of advertising with this keyword in google adword. It not show the no of website with this keyword.
