    When you are meditating, what do you think about after you have cleared your mind?

    If you are thinking about something then you haven't cleared your mind, making this question nonsensical. Thoughts may happen to pass through...but you should be only observing the present moment.

      While I understand that meditating to clear your mind is the key objective for people with more anxiety than typical, clearing of the mind is not the end of meditation and the improvement of focus. What do you do after clearing the mind?

    The mind is quiet empty after meditation but when the thoughts come, they are different each time. The most common is about coming out of the meditation.
