I have been on HP for two months, and this is my second time of being at 100. The first time was for a couple of days, and I have been at 100 for the past several days. Don't really bother about it too much. I only have 16 hubs, but have a good number of followers. I don't really know why mine is at 100, just try to write well, take my time to ensure the quality is there, and always try to respond well to my followers. So it doesn't seem to be a question of how much you write, or how many people follow. Maybe it is just making sure you look at the various components that make up our great community of Hub Pages, and responding appropriately. But really, as a newbie, I do not have a clue!

Well, even though you are a newbie, you are doing very well. Welcome to Hub Pages and keep up the good work.

Ermm. 0 (Yes that's right zero?!) I've no idea why. I've only been on her a few days and published my second hub tonight which is currently pending. I can't do much more at the moment or spend anymore time on  these pages than I currently am!! If things don't improve I may go to a blog site and take my thoughts there?!

Well Hub Pages is all about writing and participating on the site. Once you have written more hubs, and if you care to peruse other's profiles and hubs and leave comments, you will see your score go up. Welcome to Hub Pages.

I'm experiencing the same problem! My score keeps dropping even though I'm participating. I haven't written new hubs yet, but on my old Hubpages profile my score went up before I even did that.

Mine is 73, I joined a month ago. It did go up to 78, but has fallen again. What's the best way to get it back up, Writing articles or being social?

Well, I just joined yesterday and my score is a 20.  I finished my first hub this evening and it is currently pending.  I'm still a little unsure how my hubpages experience will pan out, but it has definatley sparked my interest!

I am down in the ranks at a lowly 53, but I am still in my first few weeks on here and only have published 5 hubs so far.  I was at zero for so long, that I was so exited the first day I logged in and saw a number 3!!  Ha ha.  Here's hoping I keep movin' on up!!  I am enjoying the journey so far.  smile

      dearmommy,
As long as you keep writing and participating on Hub Pages, you will move up. Welcome.
