I cut it into cubes, fry'em up and mix'em with my eggs.

Throw a little cheese into the mix and you've got yourself a pretty bad-ass omelet.

Slices dipped in batter, then deep fried and topped with turned over fried eggs, tomato and brown sauce.

Fried like a bologna sandwich with a dab of mustard. This is the best way I think there is to eat it.

      I could do that.

Medium fried in clean oil and put in a sandwich with a poached egg, seasoning and HP brown sauce, a British institution. A pot of tea to swill it all down.

If you can eat it whilst listening to Monty Python's SPAM song and sketch you'll risk choking - but who cares?

Ah yes, here in the UK, it was a staple after WWII in rationing, my mum used to cube it and make what she called, 'poison meat stew.'

Other than fried, we use it to make a spread. There's no birthday party in the Island without "sandwichitos de mezcla". LOL
In a blender: I can Spam, 1 1/2 block cream cheese, 1 small 4oz can roasted red peppers, 2 tbs milk.
Spread on simple white bread, so yummy. Haha

There is also another very popular party dish using spam: "bola de queso". But, for now, one recipe is enough.
