You just add a photo capsule like the text capsule, click edit and then click upload and select a photo from your computer.

I can see you've added images at the top of your Hubs.  You can do better than that!  You should always split your text over several text capsules (start a new text capsule when you start a new section).  Then you can insert a photo capsule between text capsules or add small photos to the right (use the green arrows).

Be careful about what photos you use - ALL photos on the internet are copyright unless stated otherwise, and are illegal to use.  This Hub will help you:

Yes, especially those, unless you use advanced search and search for images allowed to be used commercially.  Even then, you have to check the original website because there are always conditions of use

This may not be the right way to go about doing it, but what I sometimes do is go to www.google.com, and search for "Images of XYZ". Usually it will pull up right away a link with a ton of images you can scroll down. Of course, make sure they are not watermarked and allowable to use, but when you find what your looking for, right click, and then "Save As" - Save it somewhere you will know where it is. Then enter a "photo capsule" where you want the image to be. If you want it to be on the right, having the text regarding the picture swarming around it. Usually, this entails making the pic 1/2 or 1/4. If you want to make a big whole picture, make sure it isn't grainy and that you don't get an error message at the top saying your photos are too grainy or pixiled. Once you decide where you are going to put your photo capsule and it appears, click on "edit" and then "photo" (label it if you'd like) - this will allow you to browse your pics to find the image you want. Chose it and vuala! It will appear! Make sure it looks pretty once you put it in your Hub. I hope that is a bit useful. Thanks. Michele

Just to emphasise - ALL photos on the internet are copyright UNLESS there is a statement somewhere next to them, saying they are free to use.  Just because there's no watermark doesn't automatically make it legal.

      Hey Marissa!
I'm a newbie, so I didn't know that, but I have been researching ways to tweak my hubs, and one talked about pictures and provided a hub (sorry I didn't write down the name) naming another hub that had free sites to get pics. Cool!
