What's the favorite year of your life, so far?
What is the year that stands out in your life? The year that helped define who you are. Mine is 1998. I had just turned 21 and became a father. I was officially an adult in so many ways.
My favorite is this year, 2013. I moved away from a bad situation, my writing career is getting stronger, and the relationships with my friends and boyfriend have never been better. I'm becoming the person I feel I'm supposed to be and I never want to go back.
That's great. You can't beat a renewed confidence and success.
The part where I was too young to understand what politicians were saying. My blood pressure and desire to tie certain people to a boat and send the to a deserted island was so low back then.
The one's I cannot remember. These have to be the best years of my life.
Interesting answer. I guess the years that have been tough are more memorable.
Mine is going to be this year, also. I'm 62 and have had lots of adventures in my life already. But this year I found an ideal rental situation in a beautiful neighborhood near hiking. I started professional singing lessons, which I've wanted to do for 40 years (my father told me I wasn't pretty enough to sing professionally). I'm beginning to earn an income writing, finally, and I hope to sell my first book (non-fiction) to a publisher I've picked out. It's not as exciting as joining the Peace Corps was, but the rewards for me are deeper, because they counteract deeper fears.
When I was 6 years old. That year was the most enjoyable time of my life though I was not living in nice house but had lots of friends and at that time, people were very friendly towards each other. We treat one another as brothers and sisters.
