   You do not have to love your job.  If you did, about 90% of workers are in big trouble.  I don't know that many people that love their jobs.  A job pays your bills.  Sometimes you have to take a job and it does not make any difference whether you like it or not.  It helps to at least be able to tolerate your job, but most people don't love working.

   Love it? Not a requirement, that's why they call it work. If you love your job, you will probably be more successful at it, but not necessarily significantly better than the next guy who doesn't love it, but has the skills and a good work ethic.
   
   I often loved what I was doing when still in the corporate workforce, but not on a day-by-day basis. It was more a means to an end, or another chapter of my life that I was going through.

   No.
   People go to college for a job they'll love.
   Otherwise, you have to work to pay the bills until then :p
   I work in fast food- I was a technical support agent.
   I took an over 40% pay cut, and HONESTLY I prefer this fast food job to the tech support job!!!! It's not as monotonous or boring.
   I don't have to deal with as many angry morons either! lol.
   I'm just waiting to go back to school

   The wise ones will choose a job that they love. If they are working at a job that they don't like, they have the intelligence and the initiative to prepare and take advantage of better opportunities.

   You don't have to.  Lots of people don't love their jobs and do them because they need the job.  They need to put food on the table, shelter above their heads.  If I had my 'druthers, I'd write all day every day, and play computer games in between.  But that won't make me any money to feed, clothe or shelter my wife and kids, so I have worked all of the "I don't love it" jobs.
   
   But if you have the choice to get into doing something that you love at a company that you love doing it for, then you have it made!  Luckily, I am now with a company that is making me happy and I am enjoying what I do - not quite gaming and writing, but I still enjoy it thoroughly!

    Have to, no. But it is better for you to love your job. If you don't love your job, there is a better chance of depression, possible health issues, etc.

    Love your job? No! But, you should at least like it! You will be spending a great deal of time ther so you should continuiosly fine ways to like it. People who put their job ahead of loved ones generally will lose those they love.

    It depends on what day you ask me. I work in manufacturing and every day can be different. I love the busy days and hate when there's little work to do. I'm trained to perform most of the steps in the process. Some of those things I love doing, others not so much.
