One of my hubs has had previous problems with pulling Ebay items. I've been trying off and on for a month now, and I can't seem to get anything to pull up. I've been taking part of the title description and using the seller ID, and it still won't pull up.

Could it be because I'm getting items from a store versus an auction? If so, is there anyway that we can get store items, and not just auction items?

Good question. I've had the same problem. Hope someone can help us.

I'll add this to our list of work items, as something to investigate.  I can't say for sure when we'll get to it, maybe by the end of the month.

Paul, so currently, we're only able to pull from auctions, and not store items?

I think you actually can pull from both store items and auctions now.  At least I think I was able to do it. smile  Give it a try.

I still can't get store items. Should I be using the store name or the seller id? I currently have the seller ID. I know that both selelrs have the item, they always do, and it was on ebay yesterday.

Also, when I tried to update it, the capsule deleted instead of saved, as did a text capsule when I went to move it.

Edit: found the missing text capsule.

Whitney email me the seller id, and the search term you're using.  I'm pretty sure I was able to get store items to load, but I'm not familiar with all the intricacies of eBay.  It seems like sometimes the same items are available in stores and at auction.  It could be that both items are being returned by the API and the auction items are higher in the list, effectively obscuring the store item, or something else along these lines.

Paul, I just emailed you. Let me know if you don't get it. I forgot to mention that I've used the same search term and seller ID in the actual ebay affiliates program to generate links for my own site without any problems.

I got it.  It may be a day or two before I can look into it more.
