A cure for M.S., (By multiplying the amount of Myelin producing cells and defense system) Cure for many forms of cancer.(Without having extreme Chemo procedures by making the meds more focused on the specific medical problems and not the shotgun method),more appropriate medicines for specific illnesses and not trial and error, Better ways to reduce body weight by using better diets and little medicines, Reduction in drug pressure upon doctors in the hospital setting, better control of  mosquito and other insects that cause diseases, More world wide cooperation in medical practices and disease control, E.R. response to illness and injury, better. Control of populations and more thoughtful reproduction activity, and more antibiotics that are effective in disease control, as well as vaccines. Dreams may come true in the future!

Your answer is excellent. I would only add ALS  and Alzheimer's Disease. If we can find the cause of those two, we might cure many other diseases. My mother died of ALS and my mother-in-law has  Alzheimer's Disease.
