Why do I never make money from Amazon or Ebay?

I make around $4 - $5 a month from adsense right now but I never ever get a single penny (cent) from those two sources and i'm not sure why...is there any way that I can see if I have set it up properly or not?

Just a quick glance -- the first hub of yours I looked at had no Amazon or eBay capsules. Do some of them have them? Both have to be manually set on each hub in order to make any money from them. You pick a specific product for an Amazon capsule, and a specific search phrase for eBay.

Edited: Never mind, I found one with it wink. I find that it helps to change the color on the ad capsules so they don't interrupt the flow of the article, but they're more noticeable to readers. I do fairly decent with Amazon, but eBay died out a long time ago and only earns me occasional money here and there.

I think where the opposite. I don't make money off of Adsense or Amazon or eBay. I'd be lucky to pull in $5/mo from Adsense.

Making money from Amazon and ebay is dependent on whether or not your visitors buy something from those sites after being directed there from one of your hubs. Since such scenarios are rare, so too are earnings from those sources. I have over 150 hubs and I'm fairly certain only one of them has ever generated revenue from Amazon. It's a hub I wrote about making graphic novels. I know that they come from this one source because every book I've earned revenue from was about making graphic novels.
