I think running is the best and safest way to lose weight

My mom runs. She has fantastic legs and it's the only way she loses weight. Running has never been my thing because I get terrible cramps in my heart after just 10 minutes. But I do love to walk! Thanks for sharing.

My favorite method to reduce my fat weight is to increase my muscle weight. I focus on getting better at an exercise or workout routine. For example I focused on increasing the distance I could bike so I could bike to beaches. I tend to eat more food and gain weight but I lose the fat. For my diet I focus on eating healthy food and drinking mostly water.

I don't focus on fat, junk food, high calorie drinks or losing weight. I focus on healthy food, water, muscle, improving my strength and endurance, etc. so I can do something fun like bike to a provincial park with 3 large beaches. It is easier for me to keep the fat off at 135 pounds then it is at 110 pounds.

To burn a lot of calories workout the larger muscles like the ones in your legs. To put on a lot of muscle weight workout the larger muscles like the ones in your legs. That is why I lose fat without losing weight. The best way for me to reduce my fat weight is to increase my muscle weight by doing exercises I like.

Eating food that I prepare personally from scratch. That way, I know exactly what has gone into it (wholesome ingredients) and I use fresh olive oil for cooking.  I do not eat processed food - it always has something hidden in there.  I often get compliments on my figure, but I'm happy just to feel good inside for my health!

It recommends to always drink plenty of water it makes you feel fullness and reduces the amount of meals and certainly totally removed from the fat, Fast Food, sweets and carbonated water of all kinds, and I think a half hour walk daily strides and regularly will have a magic effect
