    What is the "best" book you have read recently, and why?

    I just did a Forum answer on the very best fiction book I have read recently and I picked it up partly to check the verso page to verify the verso page of my newest book was constructed properly. What do you suggest for a "great read"?

    I really enjoyed Gandhi's autobiography.  Instead of going year by year, he went "lesson by lesson"  and explained what he had learned throughout his life.  It was well written, enjoyable and enlightening!

    I like to read novels and the best book that i have read in recent time is 'Perfume: The Story of a Murderer by Patrick süskind', the story was awesome it blows my mind.. That mystery,horror and fantasy is unexpressable. I will recommend you to read this novel.
