What Does The Bible Say About Life After Death?

The word death is exactly what it means, no activity.
Ps 146:4 His spirit goes out, he returns to the ground; On that very day his thoughts perish.
Simple if your thoughts perish you remember nothing or no one. You return to the ground you were created from dust.

Ec 9:5 For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten.

Ps 103:14 For he well knows how we are formed, Remembering that we are dust.

K&T: You're mixing "flesh" with "spirit" again!  Ps 146:4 "His spirit goes out" not DIE as Jesus' Spirit did not DIE!  Only "the flesh" dies or "returns to the ground" not the spirit!

Norine the spirit is his power extended to us to live, it is not a person,
Like a battery gives life to a car and other item's, God power is what he gave to charge our bodies to live. When that charge leaves the body
      Our whole body stop function

K&T: Who said "a person?"  Yes, "body" stops functioning, "not spirit!" What's going to be judged? Body gone (returned to dust) which only leaves our "spirit" for judgment! If those "IN Christ" will rise, what rises? Spirit! Flesh can't enter kin

You are limited in translation only of King James,  you base your knowledge on 1600
Which we do not speak, So your understanding is limited , that you base facts on limited ability and that can cause the truth not spoken.

In order to be tormented, an individual has to be conscious. Are the dead conscious? No. “The living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages,

K&T: Do u really think your "spirit" will die?  There r too many Scriptures to the contrary!  Give "SCRIPTURE(S)" proving your belief!

"Did u hear? "...neither do they anymore have wages?" Time will be up for "wages" but "spirit" lives for "judg

    Luke 16:19-31!

If JESUS said it, IT IS SO!

Certain denominations believe "there is no hell!"  Not according to Luke 16:19-31!  Or did JESUS lie?

Ps 146:4 "His spirit goes out.."  but doesn't die!  Yes, "...his thoughts perish." In deciding "any more reward, because all memory of (decisions) them is forgotten."  One will be rewarded according to their decisions prior to "physical" death!  (Ec 9:5)  Hebrews 9:27 says "And it is appointed unto MEN (flesh) to die, but after this "THE JUDGMENT!"

Norine according to the bible and Translation you use HELLFIRE exist, But If YOU Were Born In Jesus time andBefore the 1600's the word with that meaning would not have the same thought, people that know Greek and Hebrew would prove this to be true.
