   All is One or Love. There is only Love. At a finer, subtler level, it manifests as Existence, Consciousness and Bliss ...also called by other equally valid names such as Spirit, Energy .... It is the same Love which descends to the human level in a much grosser form, only to ascend once more, after having been burnt in the fire of experience or struggle.
   
   Sacred books do speak of this Love and do inspire us of an inner Bible, written in the land of The Absolute...this 'not this' and 'not that' Perennial Entity, of a long, long time ago.
   
   The Goal or purpose of Life, is to be fully conscious of this, ceaselessly and completely for twenty four hrs daily; to manifest or glorify this Reality in the world in which we live. All is within this Love. There is no 'two' or 'real' and 'unreal.' Nothing outside this. There is no 'outside.' All is LOVE.
   
   One tries to find This, consciously or unconsciously in alcohol, attachments, greed or whatever...all seemingly following different streams, and eventually - like the Hare - finding that the musk one sought was always in one's own Being. Nice question, ThreeKeys, and yes, just one viewpoint.

      Love is the ultimate and there are many forms of love to be shared amongst and between people. You have delicately shone a light on Universal Love which is a huge ideal to follow and manifest but a reagle and noble value to hold and aspire to.

      Yes, Yes, it is precisely because of this, that the Spiritual Masters return. The Christ, Buddha, Sri Krishna ...they do not have to, but God's Love sends them here to serve. Do you know the Allegory of The Cave of Plato?

   This is one of my own quotes:
   
   'if you can't find the meaning of life, at least give meaning.to your life.'
   
   It amuses me that I wrote an article on Hub pages entitled: 'The meaning of life is...' and it has only been viewed fifteen times since I published it over a year ago!
