What are three questions you want to ask bible believing Christians?
Why do so many liberal Christian denominations worship the state instead of Christ, choosing to ally with the state, take its money and abandon their principles in exchange for money?
Why do so many Christians assume that expanding the state and welfare and accompanying dependence on it is a moral good, when the liberal secular state inevitably clamps down on the churches as rivals for social and political authority?
Why have so many given in to liberal redefinition of words, such as redefining tolerance to say "endorse far left political views or shut up"?
Those are some excellent thought provoking questions. I think you already answered the first question, the liberal christian denominations choose the state over God, and when they do they choose man's ways over trusting God's ways.
1. Do you know that the LORD SAID "If you love me keep my commandments" (John 14:15)?
2. Did you "keep HIS [LAST] commandment" to "WAIT" (Acts 1:4) for the "PROMISE" (aka Holy Spirit) in John 14:26; 16:13 so that HE could speak "DIRECTLY" to you (Jeremiah 31:34; Hebrews 8:11) as HE did the Apostles (Acts 1:2; "via the Holy Spirit")?
3. If not, why do you THINK you love the LORD and HE loves you?
HE doesn't love "disobedient children!"
in response to twhite . its the problem of visual representation, remember when the Heavenly Father saved Israel from pharaoh harsh treatments
and Moses was a leader used by him to care for his people.
they agreed to obey and follow the true God of heaven and earth Jehovah! but as soon as Moses had been up in the mountain for a long time the people change faith and begin to build a golden calf to call god and worship, the point is people lose faith very fast based on a visual
meaning that seems to be more real.they could not see Moses, or the Heavenly Father so they acted unfaithful as to say he is not there,
what they fail to realize is everyday you awaken your power source of life is within you, because whats in you comes from him who grants life to you. when that leaves the body .its up to him to return it.
a car runs on power, a radio, a machine, humans also have dynamic power from a source a well not by our own power but the one who created the Universe the lunar bodies of sun and moon and stars also have power,
the point is if people fail to see ,they fail to believe, and so they trust is in humans they can see. but their lives depend on the same power to live as well ,
there is one scripture I will share 2Corinthians 4:18 its very clear what we do not see physically with our eyes oxygen and gases, would it be wise to ignore those life substances ? no ! should we ignore that our Heavenly Father has this in common of visibility, He is there , he just want to see how much faith you have that he is.your own existence is possible because of him ,
Where are the three questions?

I heard a Muslim woman teach a section of the Koran, and in that monologue, she stated something to the effect that Muslims may enter heaven through torture, and some without.I guess, a "good" Muslim will enter without, and a not-so-good one will suffer torment to enter. Is this a...

When you read the Book of Revelations, it reads like a good sci-fy story, or mythical mystery novel does. Maybe this is because of the fact that the Book of Revelations is virtually a storyline about a dream, which a man named John once had a long, long, long time ago. Most scholars now agree that...
