Does paying creditors in a chapter 13 bankruptcy start my SOL over?

I was dismissed from my Bankruptcy. My creditors now have the right to pursue me again. Does the last payment I made to them start the SOL over to that date? I noticefeom the time I stopped making payments to going into the chapter 13, the original creditors have changed to 3rd party collectors. If when I filed for bankruptcy they were the ones that took over did I sign a contract with them when they got a payment from my bankruptcy? Can I still try and fight them for original contracts or am I in one now with them?

If the debts were covered under the bankruptcy plan you should be released from them upon dismissal.   Some exceptions are government debts such as student loans.

No I was dismissed for not making timely payments. I didn't complete it

Then with your monthly payments I would prioritize mortgage, car payment and so on.  Then with lower priorities pay off one creditor at a time.  Maybe you can talk to the bankruptcy lawyer for advice.

You probably should have filed chapter 7 instead of 13.
Any bankruptcy is bad for one's credit so you might as well just wipe the slate clean with a chapter 7 filing rather than to have filed for chapter 13 and make payments.
Odds are you're not allowed to file bankruptcy again if you recently did so therefore you will be obligated to fulfill any agreement you signed.
Nevertheless you should be contacting a credit specialist or bankruptcy lawyer. Best wishes!
