    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article Why to include FLAXSEEDS in your diet? (must be signed in to view). What can I do to improve? Thanks!

      Hi there,

Your article is too short. A topic like this should have at least 1,000 words.

If you mention studies, you should provide a link to them.

You mention several things that need further explanation: lignans, for example.

When you make claims about health benefits and weight loss, you have to provide evidence and references.

Remove the uppercase from 'flaxseeds' in the title. Titles should only be in 'title case'.

There are a few minor grammatical errors which you can fix by proofreading and using an online app, such as Grammarly.

The exact same issues apply to your other hub about the hair mask. It doesn't have to be as long as the flaxseed one because it is a recipe, but it still needs work to make it eligible to be moved to a niche site where it will attract more traffic.

      Hope that helps.

theraggededge has given you very good advice. To add, I would also suggest a related bio and make sure you have a copyright at the bottom.

Also, I don't think you can use the pictures you're using, especially the WikiHow picture. You should include three high quality photos that you have the legal right to use. You can use photos you took yourself, or photos from websites like Unsplash and make sure to credit the photographer.

I'm using pictures from Google. Should I put a link to them?

You can't take images from Google or anywhere else unless you have established they have been published with a Creative Commons or Public Domain license that gives you permission to use them on a commercial site (HubPages is a commercial site).

People who use photos without permission from the copyright holder have been landed with hefty demands for payment for unauthorised use.

Imagine if someone stole your art without your permission.

Oh, and another media you can insert are videos from YouTube! So for the flaxseeds article maybe you could put a YouTuber who is baking with flax!
