I originally wrote the article with the title, no where to run. I changed the title to Witness Protection and Safe Houses to better reflect the content.  I also went through the entire article looking for grammar errors.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have gone through your article. It has a few typos, grammatical errors and spelling mistakes. For example in the first three paragraphs:

"The drug crisis today is affecting the entire world.

When addiction affects yourself or one of your loved ones, many times there seems to be no answer to how you can save your own life. Loves ones (loved ones) struggle to find a way to find refuge for their family members.

Life's (lives) are being lost, and the people who owe the drug dealers money wonder where they go to get help."

      Consider revising the entire article.

We can't help without a link to the article.

For some reason when I changed the title, it still comes up under the link,
    http://hubpages.com/politics/no/where/to/run
I changed the title, picture and summary on the article, but it still comes up under the old title and will not come up under the new one //////////////////

You are still not posting a correct link. It's full of forward slashes. If you've had an email from HP, there should be a link in it that will create a thread here for you.

Changing the title doesn't change the URL, it will always be the same as when you created the hub.

Edit: here you go, I found it for you: https://hubpages.com/politics/No-Where-To-Run

    At a glance:

First sentence: "The drug crises today, is not only effecting the entire United States, but the entire world.

Crises is plural. You probably mean 'crisis' singular. 'Affecting' not 'effecting'.

The drug crisis not only affects the United States but the entire world.

You probably need to grammar-check thoroughly. You can try the free checker, Grammarly.

I recall commenting on this article a few days ago and making the exact same points about crises/crisis and effect/affect. I think I noted other grammar problems and I'm some is suggested Grammarly. Or, is this Groundhog Day?

I noticed the same thing. She has made a lot of improvements (it does not look like a jogging hub anymore) but still has some of the same mistakes and needs to do more work on it.
