There are a number of issues.

To start with, your title has a problem. Nowhere is one word and the title doesn't reflect the content; it struck me first as being about jogging - something you reinforced with your image, which, by the way you are using illegally. It is watermarked meaning it is not Creative Commons licensed.

    Then, there's grammar

"The drug crises today, is (should be are or crisis is and there should be no comma) not only effecting (affecting is correct) the entire United States, but the entire (two "entires" in a single sentence is clumsy) world."

This is a long run-on sentence with at least five grammatical errors in it.

"Loves ones struggle to find a way to find refuge for their family members, whom they feel their lives may be in danger, by the all too many people who make their living by selling narcotics, to the troubled people of society, or those who unfortunately made a bad choice and become hooked by the poison that is ruining the lives of people all over the world."

I only had time to skip through the rest of the article but I noticed many more grammar mistakes.

I suggest you use a free grammar checker such as Hemingway or Grammarly.

As Rupert points out, there are many grammatical errors that need to be fixed. That illegal watermarked image is the first thing you need to replace, however. It is not likely that your article is ever going to be featured with that.
If you expect to get any readers you will also need to change the title and correct the intro. A searcher is not even going to know what this is about, and if the reader does open it they would probably leave after reading the first sentence.

I did read it, though, and it has an important message if you are able to fix it.
