PayPal is not available in Pakistan

   I am from Pakistan and Paypal is not available here so what should I do?
   Paypal account is necessary to activate the earning programs. So please guide me what should I do.

      Looks like the question has been asked before. Here are two answers. On the second answer, I'm happy to have the money in my account and send it to you. Answer one:
      
      "Get your payments through Adsense instead of through the HP earnings program/Paypal. They do not pay as well as HP (for most people) but since Paypal does not work in Pakistan it is your best alternative."

         Answer two:
         
         "That cut to me as the best course of action.
         When one receive the HP earnings in your paypal account, and you can't withdraw the cash, you send it to a trust worthy person with an active Paypal account.
         The person withdraws the cash and send it back to you through western union, payoneer & co."

            Answer 3 makes it look as it's not so straightforward after all. See this also:
            
            The reason Paypal is not allowed in Pakistan is that the State Bank of Pakistan will not allow it.  Paypal has tried many times to work with the State Bank, but its efforts have been fruitless.  The only way to turn the situation around is if enough citizens in Pakistan make it an issue with the State Bank. Aren't there groups and forums for Internet marketers and webmasters in Pakistan which could lobby for this?
            
            "Using another person's Paypal account is money-laundering and comes with serious penalties in most countries. In fact, the practice of using another person's account has encouraged many countries to allow their banking systems to accept Paypal deposits because then they can keep track of income for tax purposes."
            
            I took them from forums that asked similar questions. May be better to go with answer one.

         This used to be an option, but HubPages stopped using Adsense recently, so that solution no longer works.

      If any of your relatives are out of Pakistan, ask them to create your PayPal account. Once your account is created, you can transfer money from it to any bank of Pakistan. Good luck.
