There is an old theory that says a person should be able to name at least 1 activity for every year they are old (42 years old = at least 42 activities).  It sounds easier than it is. What's your favorite (excluding HP of course since obviously that is #1 for most).

Congrats!  I seem to be stumbling these days but then I'm "a bit" older.  So far I'm keeping up but whoosh, not sure if I'll be able to be = 10 years from now!
I've "stolen" a couple from you...I forgot about the bonfires but I do love them.  I also love the idea of sitting by a waterfall on a warm day!  I love the memory of my own hiking days and those beautiful waterfalls on warm days with the sun sparkling. Thank you both for your additions!

No problem. Like I said- it was a challenge.

Personally, I've made fires, such a campfires, but never did a bonfire. Wouldn't mind orchestrating one, sounds like fun.

How ever, you did say, favorite activity I learned. So, I never actually learned 'how to build a bonfire?".

But, it was a nice journey to live over in my mind. It was a cool trip, per se. lol lol cool big_smile

      Hey ralwus,

Do you have more hubs than your age? Or the other way around.

If you are older than your 66 hubs, then yeah, I could see you having a problem doing it. The mind gets run down as you get older.( lol  just kidding)

Ralwus - Yep, I'm definately nuts but hey it only helps me to have a great time with life!

Cagsil - never said "learned" - glad you want to try a bonfire sometime, put it on your "life list", invite all your friends and tell them to bring others - the more the merrier!

Crazdwriter - keep um coming, they get harder as time goes on...good luck, you've got a great list started!

Ohhhh GREAT IDEA, an "HP Birthday" hub category.  Publish a work based on something off your favorite activity list (but the list would have to be published at the end of each work) I'm not sure my memory is that long - maybe HP can send us a reminder??? tongue

Listening to music, watching movies, hearing/telling ghost stories, walking, swimming in the ocean, reading, cooking, laughing, camping, 4-wheeling, sledding with my kids, lying in the sun, bonfires, have freinds over for a home made meal, going out with my husband, writing, photography, learning new words, scrabble, hugs, laying outside at night in summertime listening to crickets and frogs, solving puzzles, drawing, driving nowhere, randomly rearranging items in the grocery store, talking to older people while shopping, shopping for gifts for loved ones, discovering new to me music, stacking wood, watching snow fall, watching the sun rise, having a cold beer at teh end of a long work day

(funny way to get peopel to say how old they are...)
