Whether I can add links in my Hub Page Article.

   Hi,
   I am a newbie in here and I am interested to write in my Hub Pages. I am interested to know whether I can add links in my article. Can be mentioned here that those links are not my affiliate links but for the purpose of enhancing the value of my article I want to add those links. Also I would like to ask on the other hand would it be wise to add links in my article since I am adding adsense codes in my article. Can someone give me some advice regarding this matter.

   You're allowed links but stay within rules of HubPages. read the FAQ under Help

   You can only add your adsense code in the affiliates setting. Hubpages adds it to your pages for you, once you get the setting done. You don't have to add it to every page.
   
   As for links, when you're making your hub you'll see where to add a 'capsule'. Choose one for links and you can add as many as what's allowed.

   Hey Thanks for the replies,
   In continuation of the subject matter I have another relevant question that I want to get clarified before I publish my article at the Hubpages.com, which is : Suppose the links are mentioned into my article and they are not hyper-linked, just in plain text, do all those text url address will be accounted as Links. Let me just write in more details. I have 5 text links that I mentioned into my article and they are not hyper-linked and not added via the capsule. So will this disallow me from adding those 5 text links since I am only allowed to add 2 links through capsule ( as far as I understood )?
   
   Again, would appreciate for more clarification.

      The rule is no more than two links to one single domain or your hub could be penalized. So ... if you had three links that pointed to wikipedia.com, you would only want to use two of them.
      
      But if you had two links to wikipedia.com and two to microsoft.com, that would be perfectly fine.
      
      As a caveat, don't link to sites that are money farms or ads, as these could get you into trouble. Always create links that lead to more information or related material on the topic you have written.
      
      So, if you wrote a hub on fly fishing you might create a link to a site that talks about the best fishing reel and another site that talks about fly fishing in the Adirondack Mountains ... but you would not want to link to a site that talks about safaris in Africa, as it would be totally unrelated.

   Here is another tip that may help in your hub page development:
   
   1. Do not advertise on your hub...period. In fact, you may find that you receive a greater amount of inbound traffic if your devote your initial advertising campaign to creating external web-based inbound links to your hub page. Treat your hub page like your most precious product and keep your content relevant to the subject matter.

   the 2 link per domain rule isnt universal...sites like wikipedia are whitelisted
   
   not sure if there is a posted white list, but authority sites are exempt from the restriction
