i think i answered this once before, focusing on conversation. this time, my focus would be on the meal itself, and who better to have dinner with than mario batali, a highly technically skilled chef with a soul for cooking?

dinner in Spain, where he cooks an AMAZING dinner for me and my fiends after we have been driving around all day seeing the sights in his Mercedes. that meal would be memorable. i have always thought one of the finest luxuries would be to have a world-class meal prepared by a master chef and since he is the grandmaster of master chefs...

Mario Batali, Gwyneth Paltrow and Claudia Bassols having fun in Spain

Who ever the love of my life might be, if that ever happens again. (Not a pity party, just a happy thought.)

After that, it doesn't really matter to me. I've had dinner with celebs. They are mostly nice people. Not much different than you and me.

...I saw someone write themeselves, same here. Only when I'm like, 80 years old...I want to see what my perspective on life is and what advise I could give myself at that age.

Henry VIII & Queen Elizabeth I

    Thomas Jefferson & Abraham Lincoln

Gordon Ramsey and I would cook. And he could yell at me all he wanted, so long as he didn't kick me out of the kitchen.

I would just love to hear what Henry and his daughter had to say to each other, and how Jefferson and Lincoln viewed their roles in American history.

My ex-girlfriend of four years, right at the very point where saying the right thing and following through with what I know now would have saved our relationship for a long time if not for life.
