If you could be born into history as any famous person who would it be and why?
Adam, of course! Except this time I'd plant the apple tree further away.
I was unaware that Adam planted the tree with the forbidden fruit that screwed it all up for the rest of us! Perhaps not planting the tree at all would be better then?
Also as Adam, I would have forbidden Eve to bathe in the river. We still can't get the smell off of the fish. Of course this is an old joke, so don't get angry please.
To late, angry now
I have always thought that having the forbidden fruit so easy to access even without the pre-conceived idea of eating it was a bit dumb unless we were supposed to eat it! I mean seriously you have a secret stash and leave it out so that the devil can persuade your creations to try your secret stash, either way to stoned or had every intention that it should be sampled.
I wouldn't want to be a famous person.
Just a normal person who is successful and fortunate in many facets of life.
Never famous, no life of your own. I would like to have been Carl Jung and have his amazing capacity for collecting information and disseminating it to help understand mankind. I am still getting new understanding from his books after reading him and what he started for 30 years now! He was smart, but not just in one way, he learnt to be intuitive, logical and in touch with feeling.
No one else, just have a little more time and money to do things I love.
I would be me. Like a famous artist (painter or musician) in the 17th century..
I want to be Hilary Clinton just to give a better fight with Obama before the Presidential election.
I'd prefer not to be famous ... cause fame brings along lots of fuss in life .
I would be Jesus. When I was being crucified, and the Roman soldiers gathered around mocking me and saying that if I truly was the King of the Jews I should come down off the cross, I'd have come down!
i would have been Adolph Hitler and would not have let the art academy official who denied me entrance into the academy from pursuing my true dream, to become a great artist, and the world would be a very different place under Communist rule.
Audrey Hepburn so I could entertain and help people and date all those hot dudes

I am a staunch Christian and have met and talked with many a born again Christian. I had no nerve to ask them to their face if they continued sinning. Very forgettable and forgivable sins like say, a little gluttony: one little bite off that Black Forest you love. Is it still sin in their eyes?Can...

There are a lot of people who call themselves Christians, but from a simple reading of John chapter 3 we find that the Lord Jesus said emphatically: 'You MUST be born again!' John 3.7.I am a born-again Christian, born again about 20 years ago. I have the assurance that my sins are forgiven; and I...

What are the obvious comparisons between Born Again Christians & Extreme Muslims? Both sets of extremists abandon scientific evidence for wild faith, but are resolutely dogmatic, both don't believe in free thinking or free love. Both sets are aggressive in their belief, both are...

Just curious,Didn't jesus alledgedly say: "Unless you are born again, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven’" [John 3:3]" What happens to all the millions of good folks who lived thousands of years before jesus and those who exist today who never heard of him and his...

John 3:1-8 has a dialog instructing ‘sons of god’ to go through a spiritual birth and tells us what to look for in those claiming it. The Bible’s first rebirth reference is Genesis 3:24’s going through the flaming sword and returning to the garden’s way of life.Romans 1:20 tells us the made things...
