Using Amazon Books icons to click on from my hub.

    Hi,
       I am a newby to Hubpages and am working on my second hub.  At the bottom of my new article I want to recommend a book that helped me tremendously and which is sold on Amazon.  I see others that have icons on their articles that show a picture of the cover of the book and will take the reader to Amazon to purchase it.  I have copied the HTML of the book from my Amazon Associate info pages, but don't know where or how to post it at the bottom of my article since we can't use HTML
        Also I understand that I can receive money from Amazon if I do this.  I have signed up and been accepted as an affiliate.   Is that all I have to do to receive my 'reward' for having  someone buy the book after clicking on it from my page, or is there more??  Sorry to be so verbose, but isn't that normal for us?  Can any kind person help.  Thank you!!!

        Thank you U W for answering me so quickly.  Unfortunately I had done all that you suggested and referred me to, clicked on the icon for products from Amazon and then went back to my hub web page with the copied HTLM on my clipboard all ready to put
      ?somewhere? on the bottom of the capsule of the last text box on my page.  At that point I am stuck because if I try and paste it there, it seems to throw the whole page into disarray. 
      Thanks for any additional help.   I know there is probably something that seems obvious that I am missing.

    You add capsules to your hubs for Amazon and Ebay, you don't add html. You either enter a keyword or a specific ASN or ISBN.
