Winston is a pit bull mix that has become famous for his attack on a patrol car and ripping the front bumper off and puncturing two tires.

Although the video is funny and entertaining to watch, I am just glad a "car" was the only victim.

"Winston" had his day in court. (well, the owner had day in court)
Winston received a 6 month sentence and could be released for good behavior!

Seems our Justice System has gone to the ...Dogs!

That is one of the things talked about on CNN with this story. The cop did try to pepper spray and did Tase the dog. Taser didn't work...dog rolled over and tried to remove prongs. One tough dog. Animal services arrived and took the dog.

I know some would have just shot the dog, thank goodness these did not.

I wonder if the dog was offered a "flea" bargain by the prosecuting attorney!

Did a Police Canine Dog bark him his rights?

That was hysterical. I needed a good laugh. Wonder what precipitated the attack?

The dog was a guard dog at I think was a welding garage. The owner had a make-shift lock instead of a real lock on the gate of the shop fence.
A policeman had pulled on to the lot to use radar on the highway. The dog got out and attacked the car. Guess the dog was trying to protect the property, but went a little overboard. No one was bitten, but I have enjoyed watching this video.
