The Lego Ninjago toys form part of a story. Some of the main toys include ones such as Lego Ninjago Garmadon's Dark Fortress, this is one of the more popular ones among children at the moment. This features six of the main characters from the series, some moving parts that are used as little Lego weapons and also lots of simple Lego bricks to build the fortress. New Sets For 2012 - Due to the popularity of Ninjago Lego have brought out various new sets for 2012. These are based mainly around the new enemies of our heroes, the snake people. We have seen various new Spinners, new booster packs and most importantly new builds. Most of these are in the form of vehicles, some of the best new sets have been ones such as the Rattle Copter, Fangpyre Truck Ambush, Destiny's Bounty, Snake Battle and Crane Wrecking Ball. Lego seem keen to bring out more of these toys and there are more updates coming later in the year.

Some Characters

Lego Ninjago Characters

Lego Ninjago is based on a story. Obviously this story includes some main characters, it is thought that if the series becomes popular Lego will bring out more Ninjago characters but for now there are six main ninja characters. They are Cole, Jay, Kai, Nya, Zane and Sensei Wu. These all have unique abilities, weapons and skills. You can buy the individual characters and these come with a character card each, the all important spinner and a few different weapons.

When you buy some of the larger sets you get some of the characters included so this can be a good way to get the complete set. But chances are you will missing some, so buying the individual characters can also be a good idea. There are also other characters in the story, these take the form of skeletons and you tend to get these with the actual larger sets you can buy.

New Characters For 2012 - In 2012 Lego updated the Ninjago story and brought out a whole range of new characters. We saw some updated versions of our Ninjago heroes but the main update came in the form of new evil characters. The story moves along and now the snake people are the main enemies. Some of the new Minifigures include characters such as Fangtom, Snappa, Skales, Mezmo, Snike, Lasha and Spitta. All these characters are based on snakes and along with these you can also buy new vehicles such as the rattle copter.
