    Do read during your meals?

    During my college days, I use to read novels or poems during my meals.  Bee it lunch or dinner, without a book, I would start my food.

    What is your opinion folks!

    I usually try to finish a chapter at breakfast. But, I inevitably end up giving disproportionate attention to my food. Now, I finish the meal and then read a chapter at the table.

    I do, especially if my husband is watching something I'm not interested in. I'll just pull out a book and read while I eat. It gives me something to do.

    Well i don't exactly read novels while eating. But I read newspaper while having breakfast. And I have this habit of reading magazines while having dinner.

    First of all, I want to say that I am proud of our modern society, which loves to read and maintains a love for the book. Reading is my favorite hobby, so I often read even while eating. Many will agree with me that there are thousands of lines written that you want to read. I do not understand today's youth who do not like to read. Personally, I have a soft spot for dystopian novels of 20th century, it's my favorite among many genres and eras. I came across a great article yesterday at https://www.shelllouise.co.uk/2020/05/b … ntury.html describing the word utopia. It turns out that Thomas More wrote this book centuries ago, and the term was coined to refer to a place. I am sure that everyone here can find something new and interesting for themselves. I wish you a pleasant evening with your favorite book.
