I play Scrabble online. I know a fair few words but my cousin, who I play against online, knows far more. We play two types of games, a head to head in real time, and also an email version.
We have always enjoyed games and I think Scrabble is great for keeping the brain active.
As for the two letter words, they are different. The USA, Thailand, Canada, and Israel all accept the same two letter words. Everywhere else and in tournament play accept more. I have designed some mugs and mousepads with these on.
I also have written a couple articles about Scrabble here on Hubpages and also on Squidoo. I personally don't like seeing links in the question section but if anyone wants to take a look, please do.
The funny thing is, when I was young, I didn't like the game. Now I love it.
Thanks for asking a question about one of my favorite games.

I love playing Scrabble too! I play the version available on Facebook, but there are so many words that I do not know. I like it though that Scrabble tells you the meaning as well. How many I remember is a different thing altogether.

Yes, I love the fact that these word games are fun and a good medium of learning new words. They also act as good brain exercise where you are encouraged to make more than 3 or 4 letter words.

I play Scrabble on Facebook. I am not sure about other versions, but in this one if you check the meaning all words is provided. Some are English words and some are foreign words. Can be quite insightful.
